Keyloom Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 2025
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Keyloom, including our website, browser extension, and AI-powered writing tools (“the Services”). By accessing or using Keyloom, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use Keyloom. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Keyloom provides tools that help improve clarity, tone, natural expression, and readability in text you submit. Keyloom does not write essays or assignments for you, does not claim ownership of your content, and does not assume responsibility for how you use the output.
Keyloom does not encourage or support academic dishonesty. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Keyloom complies with the academic policies, honor codes, workplace rules, or professional guidelines applicable to you. If you are uncertain whether Keyloom is permitted in your environment, you should check with your institution before using the Services. You remain responsible for your own writing and any outcomes related to it.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, you agree to notify us promptly. Paid subscription plans may be offered through the Services. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled, and charges are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but partial billing periods are not refunded unless required by applicable law. Payment processing is handled by trusted third-party providers, and Keyloom does not store full payment information.
Keyloom does not guarantee grades, academic results, institutional approval, professional outcomes, or the ability to bypass AI-detection systems. All output is AI-generated and may contain inaccuracies. You agree that you use the Services at your own discretion and risk.
Keyloom and its underlying technology, branding, design, software, and platform infrastructure are owned by Keyloom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without written permission. You retain ownership of all text you submit. Keyloom does not claim any rights over your writing beyond what is necessary to process it and return results, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Submitted text is processed in real time and is not permanently stored by Keyloom unless you use a feature that explicitly involves saving content. Keyloom may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Google Docs). You understand that third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and you use them at your own risk.
You may not use Keyloom for harmful, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive purposes, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, harming or interfering with service functionality, submitting malicious code, or using the Services in ways that violate the rights or safety of others. We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or misused the platform.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or specific results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keyloom is not liable for academic consequences, disciplinary actions, reputational damage, lost income, lost data, lost opportunities, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Keyloom is to discontinue use.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Keyloom, its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
• your use of the Services,
• any violation of these Terms,
• any academic misconduct, policy violation, or unauthorized use of the Services,
• or any consequences resulting from content you submit or actions you take based on Keyloom’s output.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that your use of Keyloom complies with all academic, institutional, workplace, and professional rules applicable to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the Services will be resolved under the laws and legal venues applicable to your region.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect service changes or legal requirements. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms. If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding these Terms, you may contact us at keyloomcontact@gmail.com.
